North Saskatchewan

The last 30-kms of the North Saskatchewan River runs like a stairway - one 90-degree turn after another and down hill all the way. Each turn in the river had rapids that initially scared me but after a few bends I was almost dozing while running through the fast water. I was most worried about hitting submerged rocks that could damage the kayak enough to end the trip in the middle of no where, Saskatchewan.
